When I became a mom, I recognized the deeper physical and emotional needs of women and the importance of support, accessibility and flexibility when it comes to overall wellness. I’ve been working in the fitness industry throughout the northeast region for over 15 years; from health club management, to personal training, group fitness instruction and operating my own boutique-style training studio. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients from all populations with a wide range of goals. We all deserve optimal health and a meaningful life. My mission is to make this attainable for all women in a safe, effective and supportive environment.

Returning in the Fall!

A blend of yoga sequences, yoga-inspired games, meditation and FUN! Children will develop stronger, more flexible bodies; increase focus & attention span; and learn relaxation & stress relieving skills. Classes are 45 minutes. No prior yoga experience is required. Classes meet at 420 Turnpike St Canton, at American Grit!

Women’s Only Boot Camp

Tuesdays @ 8pm

Thursdays, @ 6am

Bootcamp is a 45 min, total body workout using progressive training to help you reach your ultimate fitness potential. Bootcamp focuses on varying resistance exercises to build strength as well as interval training to improve conditioning. You can expect segments of cardio, strength, endurance and agility training. Each workout is tailored to your individual level with scaling and guidance. Class meets at 420 Turnpike St Canton, at American Grit!

Yoga Class @ Crossfit HomeBase

Thursdays @ 7pm

Sundays @ 10am

Yoga and CrossFit are perfect partners for a well-rounded fitness regimen. If you train with intensity, you should recover with intention. Roll out the mat with us at Crossfit Homebase! During our yoga class you’ll:

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Find body awareness and mental clarity

  • Improve coordination and mobility

  • Learn breathing techniques to increase performance

Class are 1 hour and designed for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you may have at home. Class is open to members & non-members.
